RCUM is a cloud-based system for automated user management.  RCUM includes an intuitive web portal with differentiated with role-based functions and views:  administrators have access to a GUI-based interface to upload class lists; end-users create a user profiles, sign required NDAs, check current permissions and request advanced permissions; advisors can approve user access requests.

RCUM can be used with on premises, cloud or hybrid servers.  It natively integrates with RC3.
